This vest is a half zip vest and will give more of a relaxed fit. Designed with a bit of extra room in the chest and stomach area. The comfortability it provides will allow you to wear it as much as you'd like. 
Note: This vest is normal length, which is about two inches shorter in length than the Workout Vest.
